THE STORY.

BWIFT is building an ecosystem where Black women in every corner of Film & TV — from sound mixers to showrunners — are educated, celebrated, and supported.

We’re launching content, sharing resources, hosting events, and building a community where collaboration is the culture.

We’re not waiting to be included. We’re building our own table, adding some more chairs, and leaving the instructions so anyone trying to get bwifty can feel empowered to pull up a seat!
